The creativity and talent of Mico University College’s Culinary Arts programme were on full display recently when lecturer Jody Brown appeared on TVJ’s Smile Jamaica alongside third-year students Khalia Williams, Anneaka Chambers, and Naomie Sweeney.
The team showcased two innovative dishes — pumpkin waffles and yellow yam bites — both developed using locally grown produce, highlighting Mico’s commitment to creativity, sustainability, and celebrating Jamaica’s agricultural heritage.
